I enjoy when there is rowing incorporated into the class especially as a mix up on the weight floor. I would like to see more challenges throughout the calendar year. Maybe I have missed some but measuring 1-2 times per year on time/distance for the tred/rower doesnt seem like enough to gauge improvement. Maybe we could also have floor challenges- max pushups in a minute or max squats in a minute.

The best HIIT workout for people of all ages and fitness levels. You'll be instructed and inspired through the 60 min workout by expert coaches who truly care and appreciate you. I started working out here in my late 50s and I'm now 61 years old and workout at OFT 4-5 days a week. It's made me stronger and I have so much more energy.
Aside from the 60 min HIIT classes there's 45 min lifting classes as well as some 30min run/row cardio classes.
The front desk staff is helpful and always greets you with smiles! A true feeling of family and a true definition of a no judgement gym. Everyone from owners, staff and members show you support throughout your fitness journey!

The workout is difficult but definitely a refreshing and rewarding feeling afterwards. OTF workouts are my “me” time to tune out of everything else and tune in to my health and wellness. The coaches are highly skilled and trained professionals who have never been unable to answer a question i’ve had. The coaches all stress and correct form and retention with the members. The front staff have also been instrumental in making my initial experience informative and painless. They also go above if need be and are an amazing welcoming committee to walk in to. This community is unlike any other- 10/10 recommend!!!
