I enjoy the motivation from the coaches and being able to challenge yourself with each workout.
I'm the world's least athletic person but Orange Theory has helped me get and stay fit for three years so far. I have to book ahead, which makes me commit and get it in my calendar. When I get there, I just have to follow my coach's instructions. The work outs can often be similar but they are never the same, so you don't suffer that groaning "not again!" feeling. The coaches and studio staff are endless positive and encouraging. And it's non-competitive. I'm in my 60s and the others in the class are generally in their 20s and 30s. I'm slower than them but I like their energy and it makes me try harder. The only person I'm competing with is myself. If there's something I can't do (or that will injure me if I try), I skip it or ask the coach for a modification. Finally, I enjoy going to the gym! That's the biggest compliment I can pay OTF.
I like the community feel and the intensity of the workout and the fact that it changes every time. Wondering if there could be more abs work but overall enjoy the work out
Variability, intensity, full body workouts. The energy of the coaches and their support and guidance are fantastic. Plus this is the only gym that feels like a community, where everyone in the room supports each other to do their best that day. Can’t recommend OTF highly enough.

It’s a little bit of everything- strength, toning, cardio, which makes working out easy. The instructors are motivating and the music is fun.
The coaches really get everyone moving and very helpful if we are doing something the wrong way .
