I like that encorporates body weights with cardio and I do not have a time to look at the clock because I am forced to keep up with the work outs and increase my points

I like getting cardio and strength training in one hour workout. I like having a trainer tell me what to do on the treadmill as I normally would avoid the treadmill because it was boring.

What do you like about our workout?

Have been a faithful OTF fan for years. My one recommendation -- follow the numbering system that works so well at all other major studios I've been to. If you are treadmill #3, you are rower #3, you are weight room area #3. Keeping people organized makes the classes run much better. Also, the coaches NEED to be more engaged rather than just announcing time. Encourage people to try to boost up .1 or .2 on the treadmill. Talk to people in the weight room on their form. Change songs as you're transitioning from a push to an all out to juice the energy in the room. What sells OTF is the structure and the energy. When the coach just goes through the motions or is emotionally flat, the product suffers. Stay engaged and create energy!

What do you like about our workout?

I REALLY HOPE YOU READ THIS!!! I took my time, I hope you take yours and this doesn't dump into some cyber survey...

What I hate: I pay for an unlimited membership (most expensive group exercise I've ever paid for) and I try to get to 5 workouts a week. This naturally increases my odds of forgetting on rare occasions. It is ridiculous to ask me to pay a fee (or simply make me feel like a loser ) to borrow a monitor for an hour! Ridiculous! If you must pass on the cost of borrowing a monitor do it to a member who isn't paying $170 a month.

What I dislike: Only one strider-with the very strong membership, odds are that there will be a couple of people needing that modification in one class. No mirror in the shower rooms

What I love: the staff, the workouts, variety and the monitor which keeps me totally motivated. I never imagined that I could do strength and cardio for 56-60 minutes. I also really like the email after the workout is over. Love Michelle! Had my first workout with Sway yesterday and think he is amazing. Definitely the best trainers there!
