Reservation system, small class size, friendly staff, knowledgeable fitness coaches who are invested in my workout and progress, daily class workout variety, exercise metrics (mins in target heart rate zone, calories, etc) are also an added motivator, great location. The facility is well maintained (clean) and the workout room stays comfortable (cool).
I like the division of the workout - half cardio, half weights. I like the pace of the workout and the instructors are fabulous. The whole atmosphere is conducive to helping you enjoy the workout and maintain your commitment to fitness.
I love burning 500+calories per workout. I love the energy and encouragement the coaches have during the workout. I love how complete the workout is whether the workout is "endurance,", "ESP ", "power", etc. I am so happy and grateful that Orange Theory Fitness opened in Bishops Corner. Also, Nate the manager and Becca, Rob, Cat, Jane , Juan and all the front desk team are super friendly and super polite. I really appreciate how clean the studio is. I like the workout for two reasons, one, its instructor led, two, its a combination of upper and lower body workouts.

In the one hour workout you get both cardio and strength training and burn a ton of calories!
Pack a lot in a one hour workout, trainers are motivational, gym is immaculate, front desk staff is uber helfpful and love OTF method!
I like the intensity and variety of the workouts. It pushes me to do exercises I typically wouldn't do the gym on my own.
Michelle and Lance are knowledgeable, inspiring and have great energy. The workoutpulls me into it because of fast pace. I didn't think this is for me since I have assiduously avoided gyms and opted for personal trainers and my own routines. It's a great workout in short time.
