What do you like about our workout?

Start to finish, one of the best hours of my day! Friendly staff greets you at entry. Talented trainers take you through a 1-hour workout, including cardio and strength training. Measured improvements are tracked and results are proven. I am in better shape now ... in my 50's then I was when I was in my 20's. And for those who ask ... yes, my weight is the same now as it was when I graduated from college - but I am more fit now then I was three decades ago!

I love that it's fast paced and varied every morning! It's always a challenge and my coach and fellow morning warriors all have my back. It's TERRIFIC!

What do you like about our workout?

I love how clean and open the room is. I like that I'm always being pushed to go faster, lift more. Running on the treadmill by myself has no comparison to being pushed at OTF. Wouldn't go to any other gym because you can't top an OTF workout !
