What do you like about our workout?

It is a very intense and effective workout. One of the best, if not the best, aspect of it is that it is both treadmill and boot camp-ish. The combo of the two I think is really beneficial.

great trainers - awesome workout - friendly and helpful staff. i was one of the founding member at the fairfield, ct gym (although i am no longer due to a move), but highly recommend to all. you can see your progress build over time - your strength, endurance - and it's a pretty proud/incredible experience.

I love Orangetheory - a membership there is guaranteed fitness! And because everything is done in intervals, the classes fly by!

Constant variety and change of pace each class. Always motivating and addicting to keep pushing yourself.

While understand the purpose and rationale, the 3 group format makes it challenging for the coach to keep the personal element of instruction.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the fact that all the trainers are motivating and provide great encouragement even to people who are not as well conditioned as they should be. They constantly keep pushing us to get better. I feel all the trainers do an amazing job, but Josue is by far the best trainer I've worked with at OTF WeHa, who always pushes us to be the best..
I highly recommend this place, and esp Josue's classes

classes go quickly.

prefer when there is frequent switching so that the treadmill portion does not feel so long

The group atmosphere, music and running doesn't seem that awful after all. I love my coaches! Sway, Laura, Lisa and Michelle their energy is amazing.
