Great coaches, great environment, killer work out
The coaches are super positive and encouraging. They pay close attention to form and I see them help people that either are doing it wrong or look like they’re not challenging themselves enough. The workouts are always changing and never boring. If I’m having an off day I can scale back based on my individual needs but still feel like I’ve gotten a great workout by the end.
Accountability. Ability to schedule and calendar workouts. Not having to figure out what to do when I go to the gym. Music and atmosphere. Seeing my stats and progress. There is nothing that’s ever worked for me in terms of consistency like OTF!
Variety in type of workout (endurance, strength, power) and type of equipment.( tread, rower, TRX/weights). Pace and length. I also love the proximity to my house. The staff is very professional and nice.
Good 60 min work out without thinking about it or waiting on some machine. Working out with others really motivates me! And I can push myself as hard as I want .. or not.
