What do you like about our workout?

My favorite part of the workout is that it’s always something new! I don’t have to think about what I’m gonna do for a workout, I just have to show up and do it. I also love seeing those around me pushing themselves. No matter a member’s fitness level, everyone is there giving it their best. It’s so encouraging! And fun!

What do you like about our workout?

I love that it keeps moving .The heart rate monitors are so helpful to check myself throughout my workout. I am paying to get in shape and the trainer is so helpful to keep me working and on target and motivated. It’s such a great workout and really like the encouragement. The fitness team want you to get better.

Marcus,Lindsey,Travis,Bryam and Beth are all so welcoming and modavating in the morning. They’re all very observant and willing to let you know when you are doing good or are in need of help. I love starting my day with Orangetheory and the people who run it.

I like the non stop action. Also i like the competitive nature of the facility. The lighting is amazing. I just suggest one more person per class to help facilitate and push every client to their maximum potential.

What do you like about our workout?

Great workout. Two suggestions...1) make the printouts for run to row cards bigger font (many of us don’t read very well without our glasses) and 2) make it easier for members to look up their times on previous benchmarks like the 1 mile run or 500m row or 2000m row (currently the only way to find those times is to ask at the front desk- why not tie that info to the app?!?!). Thanks!!!

The work outs are challenging and for ever changing. The instructors modify (if needed) and are right there to make sure you are doing the proper techniques. Love love love OT!!

First of all I love the feeling you get when you walk in the door. Everyone is so friendly, both staff and members.
The workouts are amazing always challenging and never the same. For me that's important I get bored easily.😊
It's a great place to come for all fitness levels and as you improve it keeps challenging you. Always a great way to start my day.
