Every workout is different. It varies between three areas so I never get bored or tired. The instructors are clear and easy to follow, and I push myself as hard as I need to— into an orange zone which I can see visually. I’ve worked out at different studios and gyms and this by far, is my best experience!
The real question is what do I NOT like! You guys have changed my life!

The variation of cardio and strength exercises. It's truly a full body workout!
It really gets you motivated. Not boring at all.
Having a coach direct the workout, having many different exercises in short intervals to keep from overtiring, the positive encouragement, the sensitivity towards injuries, seeing my progress on the screen, I could go on and on!
I was pushed hard enough to feel a difference in my workout. It was well worth.
Loud and good Music , mixing up workouts
The variety-it is something different every day. Keeps your body and your mind guessing. And the coaches just have a way of bringing out the best in us. Thanks!
The fact that in 60 minutes I am really working out. I feel like a pro athlete being trained by a private coach.
The workouts are really good it up to you how hard you want to push to make them even better and harder guz you don’t have to think about what you have to do you just got to do it

In the year I have been a member at OTF, I have never done the same workout twice. Every workout is a challenge and it's good to be challenged.

Every day is different and challenging.
I started orange theory thinking I would just join for 2 months hit it hard, get in shape and lose weight. Well I think that was 6 months ago possibly. I am hooked! I love it, I feel I get a great workout. It’s Motivating. I don’t want to miss a class. Everyone is so nice and encouraging. I love being pushed. I have lost 20 pounds. I can actually run my old route without stopping. I feel stronger and more fit. I have a ways to go, but feel like I am for sure on the right track! The instructors are the best as well as the inviting front office staff!

Kevin, Alex and Joe are the best...they inspire, the coach and they make you feel like family all while kicking your butt
