What I like about OT workouts are that they change often, the workout area is clean and organized, the instructors are upbeat, positive and knowledgeable. The staff at the front desk are also kind and helpful!
Friendly trainers, they motivate you to achieve your goal and just the overall environment of the gym is great. Highly recommend if you wanna take your workouts to the next level.

I love that the coaches and staff at OTF Corona know me by name and they want to get to know me better! They push me to improve and let me know how I can make those improvements! And starting each day with a good sweat and lots of splat points is obviously the best way to go!
I enjoy the fast pace of the workouts. I also like that the workouts are planned by OTF and are easy to follow. One of the biggest barriers I face in working out is not knowing what to do. Following the routines established by OTF has helped me to stick with their workouts for almost a full year.

The studio is great, I love that you have a board with what kind of day it is. And I'm jealous of your InBody machine! Our home studio has been promising us one, but it hasn't happened yet.

The coaches in Rancho are definitely my favorite. They get to know you and your limits, thus knowing how and when to encourage you.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. For example, my sitter was supposed to meet me at OTF and take my daughter while I completed the workout. Due to miscommunication, she never showed. Staff members were understanding and did not charge me $12 for not attending the class.
One time I RAN into class. I got there with about 20 seconds before they close the class. Staff members took my keys, phone, jacket and held the door open for me. They made it easy for me to just hop on a treadmill and join the test of class.
Also, I've lost 25 lbs since I started!! The goal is to make it 30 lbs by my one year anniversary. I know I couldn't do it with out the support of OTF Rancho.
Great studio!
That you get the direction on what to do instead of trying to plan your own workout. It is like having a personal trainer except their is also camaraderie with the other people working out.

Such an amazing workout! Both Mark and Michael were awesome instructors and I really enjoyed the class. Pushed myself. Am training to rock climb Half Dome in June, so this really helped!
