It's no longer a theory, it's a fact! ... I loved the energy shared by all as we worked out! I was clearly the newbie there, but I felt comfortable going at my pace, pushing myself, and ended with a comprehensive workout. I thought I wouldn't be able to move or walk today, but I'm doing great! It's wonderful to have the constant monitoring of my heart so I know when to slow down or push harder to be in the fat-burning "orange" zone. A color-coded bar chart of my workout was automatically emailed to me showing me: how many minutes I was in each zone (the orange being optimal), calories burned, steps taken, my average and peak heart rate ... and "splat" points. Splat points are for the sound made for a fat cell exploding - they track that too. LOL!

I like that I am getting cardio and weight lifting in one hour. I like that I can work at my own pace. I like the upbeat happy environment!
I love it all. I like the focused workouts and the overall experience. I would just like a variety of playlists though. It seems they play the same music over and over but not that big of a deal.
I loved the structure of cardio, weights, and abs. I also loved having a coach there to keep me motivated and help me with my form. Josh was an awesome coach!
I like the constant motivation from the coaches...I like when they see us losing our motivation they check in on us to make sure we are okay and then push us to get back up and continue in a motivating and positive way not forceful
The fact I feel great after my workout. I lose a lot of calories and feel great. OTF motivates me to push the limits, beyond the mental barrier of working out by myself.
The staff is the best! They will always greet you with a smile and assist you anytime you look lost or confused.
The coaches are exceptional. They are motivating without sounding like a cheerleader, which let's all agree is annoying.

What I like best about orange theory is that I have never once done the same work out twice. I can always count on having a completely different work out whenever I go. I also appreciate the fact that I’m a power walker and I’m on able to run due to arthritis and asthma, and never once have I been pressured to try to run I just encouraged to do What’s best for me.

I like that orange theory has improved my overall health. Since starting orange theory in January, I’ve found that my running pace has increased, and I am stronger on the floor and rowing exercises. I feel better about myself and can see results on the weight scale and in the way clothes are fitting on me. I love that everyday is a different workout and that the workouts are always challenging. Thank you OTF Pasadena. 😊
I love the intensity of the heart rate monitor and not only you get results on the screen you are only challenging yourself on your own pace with great music and trainer! :)

The workouts are never the same and I like that OTF has special workout days to change it up.
