I like everything about the workouts. I like everything about OTF. The workouts are challenging, varied day to day and the coaches actually coach. You attend OTF because you want a challenging workout, but results as well and on days when you don't think you can, your coach is there for support. A great mix of the best kind of crazy, sweaty, fierce workout challenge there is on the planet, plus muscles and a physique to match.
I like how rigorous it is all in a one hour workout. The trainers are really great, too. They tailor exercises for those who have physical limitations and/or injuries.

I like how even though I’m in a group, I feel like I have a personal trainer. The trainer demonstrates form, corrects me if needed, and encourages me to keep going.
Enjoyed meeting Coach Alex! She had great energy and had supplied feedback on form. I was only in town 5 days, wanted to attend more but classes were waitlisted. If I'm ever in town again and my schedule is more flexible I hope I can take a few more. SA staff was friendly and welcoming, overall great studio atmosphere!

Total Body workout!
Coach Mike is encouraging and motivating. He makes the workout fun. He is careful to remind us to listen to our bodies to make sure we work wisely.
For the last 12 years I have been a left arm amputee and TBI, now my permanent disability. Over two years now, I’ve been a member and recommend this positive, proactively engaged social institution to any and everyone! OTF is a major positive reinforcer for me to become the BEST VERSION OF MYSELF, henceforth.
I loved that it was an encouraging, but not intimidating workout environment. Coach Marcus assured me that he would never push me beyond what I wanted for my workout, but he still helped make sure my form was good and I was getting the most out of my session. The hour flew by because there were so many different intervals- I never got bored!
I love the high energy atmosphere! The coaches are supportive and encouraging. I also really like the fact that it is technology based. The chart at the end is really helpful!

I love the versatility and the HIIT training. I do wish though that it was easier to get into classes it seems unfair that you can prebook so many spots without any restrictions.
I love that it’s efficient. I can get a killer workout in an hour. I played sports in college and it feels almost reminiscent of training with a team.
The coaches are very inspiring and encouraging. Each workout is challenging, fun and rewarding. I’m not a morning person but D’Sean makes 4:15 and 5 am class fun!
