I have been at Orange Theory for a - endurance, strength, power or a combination. I'm an active almost 50 year old and was looking for a program that would give my running/cycling a boost and Orange Theory has definitely exceeded my expectations! Not only has my running times improved, but I have lost weight and feel stronger than ever. The workouts are always challenging and the instructors keep it fun, structured and full of motivation. Best one hour workout around!
