It pushed me harderr than I push myself and it's a nice change from what I've been doing.
It pushes me harder than I would do to myself. The coaches are great, the work outs are great, and the music gets you going!
Its like having a private training session without the high cost
It's difficult but not impossible. I walk out of there feeling like I've gotten a total-body workout. Plus, the coaches are amazing — they're motivational (which is crucial some workouts!) without being obnoxious and they really seem to take an interest in their students.
like the weights and rowing, would prefer that to be 45 minutes, feel i can do treadmill/spin portion on my own

I love how thorough the workout is and how nice and helpful and encouraging the coaches. It's a great atmosphere and a great workout that everyone could use in their lives!
I love that I can be fully challenged within my own ability level.
Effective and you get in and out
I like that I get my workout done in an hour and that it is intense. The coaches motivate me to work out hard.
What I like about the workout is that it is ALWAYS a challenge.
What happened to my favorite teacher, Tarsha? She is professional, fun, and made me feel
like what I was doing meant something.
It's not a feeling of longevity and family when my teachers can't be retained.

I don't have to think about what to do next. The coaching is great. Just show up and prepare to burn.
Challenging and fun
I push limits that I wouldn't do on my own losing those added pounds that are difficult to get rid of.
Coaches really motivate you and learn your name to keep pushing you to do your best. With smaller class sizes they can walk around to make sure everyone is doing the weight room exercises correctly. Front desk staff are helpful when answering the phone.
You never do the same workout twice, seeing your heart rate on the monitor makes you push yourself harder to get in the orange zone and the coaches and front desk staff are the best!!!
Love OT and I know I'll get a great workout whatever location I visit!
