Show up and get it done. I love the enthusiasm and the fast pace. I appreciate that it is not a monotonous workout and thereby goes by quickly and I feel wonderful afterwards.

What do you like about our workout?

OTF is never the same workout. Even though I am in much better shape than I was 3 months ago, it challenges me every single time and doesn't seem to get easier. The reasoning behind this is because my muscles don't have time to get used to any one routine. I am running faster, and lifting heavier weights.

The trainers have made a personal relationship with me, and continue to help me push myself. Nina even helped me pick a better running shoe to help with my plantar fasciitis.

Even though my weight has not changed on the scale, I am down 2 pant sizes in 4 months and am seeing muscle definition in places that I have never seen before (this coming from a retired collegiate soccer player). I absolutely love OTF and will recommend it to ANYONE!

What do you like about our workout?

Not boring! Melissa had great energy and I loved mixing the trdmill with the tower. Have not experienced that at my studio in Las Vegas. Was happy to see the same excitement and enthusiasm I experience in my home studio.

Workout is never the same and always challenging. If I am not strong enough to do certain exercises there is always an alternative. Coaches always have time to watch form and make corrections. I always feel that my hour was well spent because I always feel that I had a great workout.
