I’m a total fan but charging unlimited membership for late fees or absent is ????????
Everything. Different every day, Hard as you make it. Not that it;s ever easy as you make it but you can go harder faster, etc. You essentially have a personal trainer for every single workout. Your surrounded by others of all ages and fitness levels all encouraging you and each other. It's highly addictive.
I really like the variety of exercises and that you can do it all at your own pace.
I love all of the coaches! They really know how to encourage and push me. I also love that there are no workout that are the same. This keeps me on my toes. I never know what to expect.
The workout are always challenging no matter what fitness level you are. There is always appropriate music in a multitude of genres, and I love that there are trainers to encourage and correct form when necessary. If you need that little push to keep going, they are there to help.

The coaching and variety
It’s challenging every time! Seeing the zone you’re in is definitely a motivator. You don’t want to be the person slacking off in the blue/ green zones so it really makes you want to bust your butt! Love it!!
I like the group atmosphere, the trainer coaching you through the workout, and the energy in the studio! Definitely not a gym, but a community.
I love the mix of cardio and light weight training/body weight movements. The classes are typically well put together and a great mixture of both cardio and strength. I've seen such a huge difference in my endurance and also my body, physically.
My only complaint is the partner workouts. I personally like to come in and not think and get into my workout as much as possible, and I cannot do that with partner workouts. I'm really really really not a fan and if I could, I would avoid them. Certainly does not take away from giving OTF a 10 and recommending it, I just feel like the workout doesn't end up being as great as it could be because it's difficult to find people in class who are on the same level.
Overall, I love the workouts and the staff and am really happy.

I loved the intensity of the workout and Lori kept checking in with me. She was very attentive which I appreciate as a first time student at OT.
I like the fact that it's being lead by a teacher that knows what they are doing, and they well help you if they see you doing something wrong and I really like that it's a whole group doing it together, you're not just wondering around the gym alone, that gets boring fast! I also like that you have to show up or you will lose you're class/money. I think that helps people get there buts in there working out.
I love these workouts... I’ve never been to an organized training sessions away from sports, so this is different than what I was used to in times past, but I love it!
Katelyn is a great coach, very motivating and encouraging.
Fun good instructors good pacing
Your workout is efficient, a challenge and monitored well by your instructors. I like that when one puts in the work, good results happen relatively quickly. Also, being on the older side of your members, I’ve always felt welcome and valued. The positive energy is catching!!
The workout the way it’s designed never the same and of course the personal one on one with the trainer’s.
Very motivating! I loved having a fun coach and a lot of people around me. Much more motivating then trying to get up and go to the gym by myself. The music is fun, the staff is friendly, and the environment is great!
You are held accountable to make it to your workouts. There is also real time data to motivate you to push yourself or what our coaches say, " to get uncomfortable"!

Trainer Joe was amazing. As a newbie, I was a little intimidated at first but he made me feel very comfortable and explained the science behind the workout. He motivated and pushed me and I'd definitely come back!
It was amazing from start to finish. The front desk girl, Paige was awesome. She was welcoming and got us all set up. She explained everything very well and made us excited to be part of OTF! When it came time to work out I was able to work at my own pace. I left feeling invigorated rather than burned out. Betsy, our coach, was helpful but she didn’t push me beyond what I was comfortable with. I had an amazing time and am definitely excited to do it again!
I like the variety of the daily workout. I am a fan of OT because your staff (Emily, Michelle and Matt) are ALL fabulous. The music is great and the challenge is always present. Early mornings with the OT gang are the best!! Thank you. Lori E.
I like that I can modify my workout if need be but still get a full body workout.
Fast, hard, and takes the thinking out of it. Great way to get your butt kicked, and leave feeling great about it.
Nicole is an amazing trainer and the front desk staff are killer. Love the space in the studio and the environment for a friendly, intense workout!

I don’t have to think about what to do. The routines are varied and I don’t get bored. The coaches are really helpful and are great at keeping you going. I’ve been doing this since the end of December 2018 and this is the most consistent I’ve worked out ever.
