Everything!!! The Best part is that you lose yourself completely in the work out from the trainers continually pushing you to do your best! It is the best work out I have ever experienced in 25 years of working out!
I love the energy at Orangetheory. I feel so motivated even when I’m tired and I feel that I have no more energy in me the coaches are awesome about bringing that energy out of you. They listen to you especially if you have an injury and can’t do a specific exercise they will make modifications.

Structure
Interval training. It has everything in 60 mins: cardio, weight training, etc. Also, the coaches are AWESOME!!

It keeps changing and it never gets easy
I like that it is structured, constantly changing and completely adaptable for any age and skill set. If I try to go to a gym by myself, I pedal slowly on a bike while looking at my phone.

The workout is challenging but doable at your own pace. The coaches pay attention to your opportunities and help push you pass.
It’s a full body workout
It changes, never the same exercises. Motivation by trainers throughout the workout to keep pushing myself. Switching stations keeps it from feeling stagnant or boring. Mostly awesome music playlists!
I like that the class size is small and that the coaches keep you moving and engaged in the workout. They encourage you without pushing you to do more than you can do. I have not been to a gym in over 10 years and I know that I need to build my strength and I am already seeing changes in just the short time I have been attending.
I love the variety of exercises within the rotation of each area of focus - treadmill, rower and floor exercises with free weights. Each area provides me the opportunity to challenge myself, but within my limits due to former injury. The upbeat music, supportive coaches and the community of Orange Theory attendees, gives me focus on the goals I have made for myself and future fitness level.
