I love all the coaches and the people I workout with! The coaches enthusiasm is contagious, the energy and passion they bring forth everyday is amazing! It’s nice to go workout and be held accountable to higher standards than you thought were possible for yourself! Each coach truly cares for each person they interact with.
I like that I don’t have to think and I can just get in there and work hard. The best part is that the workouts are never the same so I know my whole body is getting a great workout.

Everything! I do personally prefer the 2 group classes when rowing isn't a main focus group but I understand the classes are too full. I have recommended orange theory to just about everyone I know, love it!

I enjoy the concept just wish my shoulders and knees could adapt or wish I was younger. I thought the switching devices is a clever way to exercise and the instructors ensured a good workout.
Everything, from the positive vibes as soon as you walk in to the challenging workouts with constant uplifting from the coaches. My favorite part of the day.
Running the treadmill. It’s very hard but I’m doing it for my self, and my family. I was never a runner even in school I never like to run the track. I hated. I was scared that I would not pass the gym class and I would be almost the last person to come to finish line. It was embarrassing. Now I can run, not perfect but I’m getting there little by little.
I signed up for the work out because I have bursitis in my hip. I have experienced so much pain and discomfort and some days I can barely walk. I have had cortisone shots, tried physical therapy and continued to walk as often as I can because I am afraid of losing the ability to walk. I am here to tell you that after just one session I am impressed. The next day I was sore but not in pain. I have been able to walk like I used to, I still have trouble lifting my leg in and out of the car and walk up stairs but I feel so much stronger and significantly less pain. I will be attending another session in a couple of days and I am looking forward to the experience. All I have to say is try it! You will not be disappointed.
Working out as a group
It is amazing workout and the coaches keep the energy up!! It is just so great!
Workouts are always different, I never get bored or complacent. The splat points and monitors that measure my heart rate keep me motivated. I compete with myself. I can go at my own pace which can be slower if I need an “easy day.”
The coaches are well trained and keep close watch on my form. That’s important to me. Moreover, if I have an injury or health issue they monitor closely.
They’re challenging but doable. The coach is there to help me and push me but never force me to do more than I can
I love the coaches, all of them are very knowledgeable and friendly. The front desk staff is amazing, absolutely wonderful people!
It really gets you to work up a sweat!
It all starts at the top. The manager Cole is one of the nicest most professional people we have ever encountered. He has handled all of our concerns with urgency and respect. Zeke the head coach is always positive and sets a great example for all of the other coaches. His positive energy transfers to everyone around him.
Like the quick pace, motivating instructors, and variety.

That it is constantly challenging and different
Everything!!! The Best part is that you lose yourself completely in the work out from the trainers continually pushing you to do your best! It is the best work out I have ever experienced in 25 years of working out!
I love the energy at Orangetheory. I feel so motivated even when I’m tired and I feel that I have no more energy in me the coaches are awesome about bringing that energy out of you. They listen to you especially if you have an injury and can’t do a specific exercise they will make modifications.
I love the intensity, the guidance from the instructor, the variety in the class, and the positive attitude of the staff.
It’s upbeat and planned for me. It changes so I’m never bored and Coach Austin is THE BEST.
