I love all the different personalities of the coaches. I love being pushed when the coach feels as though I am ready. I like that it’s noticed when I choose a higher weight. Each workout is uniquely different and leaves me with excitement each day as to what I am going to encounter.

Nicole is the best OTF trainer that I've had, including from gyms in NYC and ATX. This gym is clean, spacious, fun to work out in - and the other attendees have such great attitudes, they're really supportive!

It’s challenging and fun!
The variety of the workout. I love that it can be broken up by tread, rower, and weight floor. I also love the energy the coaches bring. It’s an hour where I can come, focus on my own physical outlet, and leave feeling the burn and the results I wanted.
Program
The intensity is all up to yourself but you also have great motivation through the coach as well and the other people in the class
The workouts are great because they are coach guided. The facility is clean and my coaches are awesome, coach Rocklin and Coach Maddy.
I like the pace and ability to set your own intensity.

I like the assistance from the coaches on getting my form right on the weight floor. Most of all though I appreciate the structure of the classes - that the coaches tell me when to speed up on the treadmill and/or increase my incline %age, and tell me how long to run and how long to recover on the treadmill. I know I wouldn't put in nearly as much effort if I didn't have the coaching. I also like the monitoring of my effort with the armband synced to the display on the treadmill.
I am very competitive with myself and these workouts allow me to push myself. The screen with My stats is the best motivator I have found in the workout world!💪🏼
Is tense whole body workout. Lots of variety in exercises.
I love the music, the coaches, the monitoring of heart rate and calories burned and the cardio and weight training. The people at the front desk are nice too. So far I’ve lost 10 lbs.
