1. Every time I go I know I’m going to better myself with either endurance, strength, and mental toughness. I thrive on competition and OTF allows me to challenge myself every time.
2 The coaches at OTF ( Elk Grove) are amazing. They push, challenge and inspire all the time! They make my workouts so enjoyable which is a huge reason why I enjoy the workouts and stay motivated to keep attending class.
3 The workouts are always so unique and always challenging. I’ve been a member for about 2 1/2 months now and I love all the different exercises and challenges and benchmarks that OTF offers. I participated in Mayhem and that was a lot of fun to dress up and get a bit spirited.
4. I have a few friends and my two kids who I think would Iove OTF. But I’m not sure it’s for everyone. Some people aren’t into pushing themselves and “digging deep”….. some folks want everything handed to them, including their fitness.
I wish I had joined years ago!! I’d be in such great shape now. But after only 2 1/2 mon of OTF workouts, I’m well on my way.

I’m 58 years old and I’m happy weights and balance are included as well as cardio. As you get older balance is very important.

I love working out at Orangetheory!! I like it is scheduled classes. Coach Jason and Coach Katie are awesome the workout is not the same they have different routines.
I love the workouts! They keep me wanting to go and I enjoy it when I’m there. The music is always fun and the coaches are usually upbeat and friendly. I only wish there were more class times offered. I really miss the 3:10 class!!
Circuit training, good music, great coaches. Also enjoy the heart rate monitor and calories burned.
Great balanced and frequently changed up workouts led by great coaches.
I don’t have to think about it. Coaches tell us what to do and for how long. They are like our very own personal trainers. They come by and privately give instruction on the rower and on the floor to ensure we are getting the very best out of our workout. All in one hour!
Get a full body workout in an hour.
I like that you work at your own pace but have a trainer there to pump you up. And I like the report after.

Everything!! I love that I can get a full body workout and cardio all within 1 hour. I love having a coach there to encourage me and help to make sure I’m doing the exercises correctly.
I love the challenge with every class. The coaches do a great job keeping you motivated and always helping with proper form on the floor and rower. Drag yourself in and you’re guaranteed to have a great workout.

The tracking with the monitors and the coaches keep me motivated to work out and push myself more than if I was working out on my own.
