The variety and the ability to self pace
I like it only an hour. I like there is a someone there telling you what’s next, if your not meeting your heart rate goals and if your doing the exercises wrong, how to correct it. I like your heart rate is being monitored. And a bonus, everyone from the staff to the members are super nice and supportive.
Felt like a full body workout that was amazing. I workout better when I am showed what to do.

POSITIVITY AND ENCOURAGEMENT
The entire staff & my instructor Shae have been absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. I was extremely nervous & intimidated starting my fitness journey all over again after failed attempts to do at home workouts & during my first session I shared my fears/concerns but they all made me feel right at home. I had the best workout & the entire time I felt motivated & the energy was great. I ended up doing an unlimited class membership. Super excited & definitely recommend OT to anyone who is serious about making a change & challenging yourself.

The motivation
I love that there are 3 stations so that we don't get bored and I love the variety of the work outs.
I love how quickly the workouts go, especially for 60 minutes… the activities vary from class to class, which keeps it interesting. I also appreciate how the coaches correct me on my form when I’m not doing it correctly.
Orange Theory has provided a fun, interactive, dynamic, and supportive workout. I am very happy they have opened in the Bonetti Farm/SLO Public Market development and am impressed by the number of classes offered! The variety of trainers, their different training styles, and attention to good form and challenge has made it easy to stay in shape.
The environment is COVID friendly, wiping down equipment after each use, and they mandate masks in accordance with county requirements.
I love that it’s fast paced and coach directed! I appreciate the modifications. Coaches are encouraging. Most of all, I’m not self conscious about what I’m doing at Orange Theory.
