Th workouts are hard but fair. Coaches and staff are fantastic.
I like that it is always changing and never boring. Plus the coaches are willing to work with you if you have an injury or if you are doing a move incorrectly. I also enjoy the music and find it motivating!

I'm not good at going to the gym because I don't know what to do. I love that I can come in and just hop on and everything is orchestrated for me! The coaches are genuinely encouraging, and promote members as being a team, and encourage us supporting each other. It's the experience I need to keep motivated.
I like the variety of movements unlike a traditional gym where one can get stuck in a rut.
The guidance and motivation from the coaches is the most important I think.
I like getting my heart rate up; I feel like I've accomplished something.
I like that you don’t have to think about it. Your workout is planed for you and you have a coach there to help you get it right. I like when the coaches tell you 1 min or 30 seconds left. When I am about to give up I think I can do 30 seconds more and keep going.

I love how motivating the Coaches are and how accommodating they are when you have injuries. You can work out, be motivated and not hurt yourself. You can go at your our pace to avoid injury. Very positive environment.

The trainers and that we get to do 3 different exercises each day. I need the cardio to strengthen my heart.
I love EVERYTHING about orange theory! The trainers, the workout, and the music is awesome! Because it is a smaller studio compared to other gyms around here, I never feel lost or confused about what I am suppose to be doing. I also love how clean this gym is, and how they replace the floor mats when they are starting to look run-down and gross. I also love Missy, she has always been kind and very helpful when it it comes to all of my membership questions. She has always made it easy for me to come back to orange theory, and I really love that!
First time there and felt super welcome! Our coach Michelle was amazing and made me feel comfortable and motivated to keep going! Loved the encouragement and the feel of the class. It’s pretty much like having a personal trainer in a class setting. Loved the vibe!

The structure!
OTF Coaches know how to motivate you to meet and overcome the challenging workouts set before you. I always show up tired, nervous and doubtful about the workout. I always leave feeling accomplished, vindicated and powerful. I am lucky that I get to workout and that I always get my money's worth every time. 5 AM for Life!
