It was a full body workout. It was 60 minutes of intense activity that was broken up into different types of exercises so it was interesting and kept me going.

Variety - the rowing maching and treadmill - but also the weights, and band workout. All the things!
The workout is well thought out, constantly evolving and allows me to just show up and work.

I enjoy being on the treadmill the most. I also like the floor exercises as it helps me maintain strength, balance and muscle tone. My least favorite is the rowers, but I can get through it knowing I'll have my treadmill and floor exercise time!
That you don’t have to worry what exercises to do
HIIT is super hit at OTF.
I don’t have to figure out what I need to work on. I like that every time I go the weight workouts are always different. I like that I get it all done in one hour. I would never workout like that at home. The classes are almost always timely. The stretching is great too!
I like the challenges and the variation. The instructors are very motivating.
I love how supportive everyone is and the great atmosphere that they have created. I get to walk in work out and feel great while doing it with the help of everyone around.
