I like the structure of the HIIT workouts and the enthusiasm and knowledge of movements and improvisation by the coaches.
I don't have to plan it. I just show up and it's easy to push myself to work as hard as I need to and the feedback is instantaneous.

I liked all of it. It was fun but pushed me to do more. It was group fitness with a personal training feel to it. The staff were friendly. And I loved that I could see real time on the screen where I was at with the goals of the program. And the video with the workouts to reference back to.
I love that it is high intensity and I never get bored. I love the weight floor! I didn't want to try OT originally because I thought it was all cardio, but it's the best of both worlds and I've pushed myself to be in the best shape I've been in a long time!

The staff at this particular Orangetheory Fitness is especially upbeat and friendly. The coaches are also very engaged and motivating.
