Great staff!! Love how they push us in the classes. I have been able to achieve goals I never thought possible due to the instructors and their positive motivation in the classes - 💪🏽💪🏽 I have also met the best people who help keep me motivated. Love all the OTF staff- great group!
Motivating allways changing
I like the group training, to me it makes the workout fun. The staff and instructors are very friendly, very motivating and helpful when it comes to teaching correct form of an exercise, etc. I work harder in this environment than I do on my own which is another reason I really like this kind of workout. Last but not least, I'm seeing results!
Always something different and the coaches have all been great, very energetic and supportive. Makes that 60 minutes go by fast!
I like that I can monitor my workout in real time because of the heart rate monitor and I can see my progress on the board. I'm only competing against myself.
