Great instructors, they get me motivated to push myself to get the best work out possible!
I like the mixture of cardio and weights.
I love that it's a full body workout in an hour. I don't have to think, plan or decide what body part to work which day - someone else does all that for me. The music is good, the workouts are TOUGH and the time flies by. What's not to like?
I feel great after it's over
Everything! I love that we work out with a heart monitor and you can watch it in real time on the big screens. It takes the guessing game out of wondering if you reached your optimal heart rate to burn calories or fat, it allows you to know how many calories you are burning in real time as well. The app is awesome too for getting your results recorded and booking classes. Your able to work out in a group atmosphere but still be able to compete against yourself. The trainers are motivating and knowledgeable. The front desk staff are very friendly and always great you by your name.
I like the high energy of the coaches. Jaimie was especially attentive and helpful in demo and modifications. I appreciated that.
OT is Always challenging and always fun. I have brought many people here (sone friends, some clients) who vary in fitness levels and everyone leaves tired and happy.
Like the no-nonsense structured workout. The fact that it is a one-hour session where you get a well-rounded workout. I loved it!
How everyone is working hard also the environment!
It's goes by quick! Lyssandra was awesome checking in with me during my first class! I was so motivated to stay in the pace and zones she told us to be in and loved being able to see my results throughout and after class.
I like the idea of someone who is pushing you to work hard each step of the way and the variety with switching things up. I was limited with a recent knee surgery but if I wasn't I'm sure I would have enjoyed the intensity even better.
It was very effective! I left feeling satisfied
