How it's different and challenging each session
I like the change up of the workouts they never get boring, and although they definitely kick my butt I manage to push through and complete it.

Fast moving pace but what I don't like is there is no one really watching your form, when on the floor with the weights, its all about speed. I'd like to see one additional person in the room.
The best part is the workout constantly changes so I never get bored and I concur to see results. The coaches are fun and motivating which gets me up everyday. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful.
