What do you like about our workout?

After my first workout this morning, I would definitely recommend this facility! I loved how the class was structured and the instructor was awesome! This was my first time back at a gym in a few years and I liked that I didn't have to guess what to do, but the schedule was put together already. I've been needing that.

It's difficult; like having a personal trainer but in a group setting. It's clean and fun. Great instructors!

I appreciate the motivation & enthusiasm from the trainers. The upbeat music helps me increase my pace & intensity. Their are plenty of visual aids to stimulate my attention and keep me from getting bored. At the end of the workout, I really feel like I left everything I had on the gym floor.

What do you like about our workout?

Always changing, and it's easy to unplug my brain and be guided through workout. Since all workouts are the same each day, it really boils down to the Coach as to whether or not I get the most out of my workout. I know that I can work harder if I want to, but that's not my natural state of mind; when I'm tired and starting to slack off, that's the perfect time for a great Coach to provide an extra motivational quote, like "I know this is hard. DON'T give up. Find a way to dig in and make it happen. Remember why you started." Those are the keys to success. Also, I'm finding that some coaches just seem to go through the motions (especially with stretching at the end) while others take an extraordinarily proactive role in making sure as many members as possible are getting personal touches on form (both good and bad form) as well as motivation. For example, when Joe sees me doing well, poorly or I'm tired, he always hits me up at the right time with the right advice. Other coaches don't even compare to the amount of personal touches that Joe provides not only me, but so many other members of the class. Can't recommend Joe enough, and remember--all workouts (each day) are the same, but the Coach makes the difference. I actually re-arrange my schedule some days so I can take a class with Joe, and avoid certain instructors because their style is either passive or just so low-energy that I ask myself what I'm doing in this class. Thankfully, coaches during primetime hours are less on the passive side, though I do wish they were more on the Joe side when it comes to showing that they really care about their members--from form to motivation.

What do you like about our workout?

Challenging yet fun! Jennifer, the trainer was so motivating and explained the workout clearly. Even though I was exhausted after the workout I also felt great!

I need to be held accountable or I won't push myself. The heart rate monitor and coaches hold me accountable. When the hour is up, I know I got a great workout.

What do you like about our workout?

The trainer pushed us and was very helpful in proper position for the weights. All of the staff were friendly. I was from out of town and it was easy to use this location.
