the coaches are the best part. i also love the enthusiasm and energy that I get here compared to other studios. I've recommended this specific studio to many of my other orange theory friends who frequent other studios, and they now love (and prefer) the SM location as well. thank you to everyone on the team who help make orange theory SM so awesome!

The trainers! Rusty is the best & most motivating trainer. I adjust my schedule just to take his classes.

As of today- the current coaches and their training style. They are motivating and I prefer the guidance through class so you know what coming up next.

What do you like about our workout?

It’s a challenge but not a good challenge where I feel like I get stronger and better every time. I hate running on my own but love it at orange theory. I always push myself and feel great every time!

What do you like about our workout?

I love my Orange Theory Community! I was a college athlete, and this is the closest thing to being on a team, training hard, setting goals, and seeing results. The workouts are empowering and positive mentally, and I always look forward to seeing my OTF buddies every day, and lifting one another up! The coaches at DTLA are amazing, each having their own specialty strengths. They are all very personable and dedicated to supporting and encouraging you, and keeping you accountable to your best self :)

It was hard, but good. The facilities were nice and were clean. The instructor gave clear instructions, was enthusiastic and fun. The staff was very helpful.

What do you like about our workout?

I really love that the workouts at OTF are customizable for every fitness level. This was my first strenuous workout class in a while, and I was nervous that I might not be able to keep up with the class. I enjoyed being able to challenge myself at a level that worked for me, and watch my stats live on the screen to see if I needed to push harder or dial it back. So many group workout classes leave me comparing myself to the other people in the class, but in OTF, I was able to focus only on myself and my own progress. I have already signed up for a membership, and I look forward to coming back and seeing progress in my fitness.
