What do you like about our workout?

The coaches are fantastic and you can tell they truly care about your development. Alex is my favorite coach, by far. He pushes me to do my best every single class and has great energy. They all do.

The equipment is good, kept clean and used so many ways that no workout feels redundant.

Finally, you take our feedback on classes we like and those we may not have liked as much seriously.

Whenever there is a change, sometimes it works and other times it doesn't.

The first thing the coaches ask us is if we liked the change and if we'd want more workouts like the one we'd just experienced. I've noticed that when we collectively say no, those workouts don't make a reappearance. Much appreciated!

The friendly and encouraging environment! Everyone who works at OT always goes the extra mile to assist anyone with all requests (no matter how big or small). Coach Halima and Mikey always make that effort as well which keeps me and so many other members coming back!

What do you like about our workout?

You don't have to worry about what your workout is for that day. I like that there are different themes ie strength, endurance, or even combo. It's never the same each day, but what is the same is how I accomplished I feel for getting through such workouts.

My determination is my BASE and I PUSH it real good. I go ALL OUT because Orange Theory lets me.

Front desk staff and instructors are amazing! Love them all. Only comment would be that I am seeing more and more cell phones in the workout room during the class. I am nervous to drop a weight or step on them!

What do you like about our workout?

I love that every day is different and that coaches are always there to ensure you have the correct form to prevent injury. I have knee issues and coaches are always so helpful in modifying when needed.

It's a great overall workout. Different every class, which keeps it interesting. The ESP aspect of the various classes is good for all around fitness. The coach's are all great.

Coach Brendan introduced himself and welcomed me, while I was checking in. Made me feel very welcome. Staff was very helpful, positive energy, and the class was smooth and well taught. I have been to other studios and this one is beautiful!
