Simply put, my wife & I LOVE Orangetheory Fitness. It’s a fun, challenging, and quick workout that we can do together to keep ourselves fit. We love the variety of exercises, the inspiring coaches and super-clean and modern facilities.

Coach Jennifer has been a great addition. Tayler and Benzo continue to be great. The other coaches are all very good too, but, because of my schedule, I only see those 3 on the regular.
I especially appreciate it when the coaches scold members who are "doing his/her own thing".
My only comment is about the programming - many of the workouts lose their momentum. Power days are the best because we are constantly moving, whereas some strength and endurance days, we abruptly stop and severely slow down the pace of things.
We really like all the trainers & the staff @ the West Hollywood location. We don’t enjoy working out as most do in our classes but it’s the longest gym / workout program we’ve stuck to & go almost everyday ! It has become a great way to start our day & has become as natural as a morning cup of coffee ☀️☕️💕🕺💥

Fast, fun and a total work out. Burns a lot of calories in a short amount of time without overstressing my body.
I love that the heart monitor and HIIT workout flow helps you regulate your own body and heart rate. It proved to me an effective workout is both doable and bearable without having to kill yourself the whole time. I love it!
