What do you like about our workout?

Challenging, different every time, constant coaching. I do wish the music wasn’t quite so loud. I like my music louder than most, but sometimes the volume at your location is too much for me (I don’t experience that at the other OT location I attend regularly).

What do you like about our workout?

i like that the 7:25am is not a 3G
i like that i can most always get a treadmill card in the morning, even though people take multiple cards for their friends who arrive later (what gives??)
i like Chelsea
i'm excited for a new locker situation
i think benzo talks too much throughout the workout so i stopped taking his class, that's why 9 stars, not 10.

What do you like about our workout?

Love this layout Only recommendation is for the coach to spot the folks that maybe doing weights and Exercise wrong so they don't hurt them selves. However it's hard to keep track of 35 people.

I like that the workouts are challenging but doable, and I can modify for my back problems and still get a good workout. You get the attention of a trainer without the pressure. I also appreciate that in an hour, I'm done and able to get on with my day. Very happy at OTF!

The workout is as challenging as you want it to be, it helps to have a coach to encourage you to your best like Coach Trent in Glendale location 😉. In one hour your get cardio and strength training and you are done plus the heart monitors keeps you accountable. You can see how hard you are working and motivates you to improve every single time.
