What do you like about our workout?

I liked that it was challenging. However, I found my coach to be a bit over eager for me. He was talking through the entire class which became distracting instead of helpful. He also corrected my form (which I appreciated) however he physically touched me to show me how to do it better and I didn’t appreciate that.

Having visited most of the Orangetheory locations in Southern California and Redondo Beach is bar far the most welcoming and trainer Layz is the best trainer.

What do you like about our workout?

I like how the workouts are an hour long because they are easy to fit into the day. What I would change is the differing music styles of the instructors. For example, one instructor may change his/her music playlists often and other instructors rarely change their playlists. Music makes a big impact on how energized I get during class, so this should be a policy that all instructors follow. If you go to SoulCycle, for example, the instructors have to change their playlists for every class. The same should be done at OT. Also, some instructors play the music kind of low (volume). This impacts the energy levels of the people exercising. Instructors like Ralph, DJ, and Trent really know what they are doing in terms of music and the changing their playlists often. They should be training the other instructors on this so it's all done in the same way (again, like SoulCycle, for example). I love OT and all of the instructors. Angelika, at the front desk, is kind and welcoming. This is very important, as it helps OT feel like a family. The reason I joined OT is because Baron, the person working at the front desk, was so bubbly and fun. I miss him! Thank you OT for being wonderful!

What do you like about our workout?

The coaches are great. I really enjoy them all, but DJ, Suzy, Spencer, and Trent really stand out as highly motivating and fun to work with. I’ve been coming for just short of a year now and I definitely see the impact it’s having on my mind, body, and spirit. I’d love to see more clinics to help with my form.

Great workout and great coaches. Rusty has really grown as a trainer and is now my favorite coach to take. Attention to detail and super helpful with movements in the weight room. Love this studio!!!

What do you like about our workout?

Always different and provide the opportunity to challenge myself. The coaches are all wonderful and have their own style, while always ready to help out in anyway needed by correcting form or simply pushing you to do your best.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that the workouts differ everyday and challenge differesnt aspects (endurance, strength, power, etc). The studio is very clean, instructors are engaged, and I've seen improvements in my own goals.

I like that it pushes me harder than I would myself, and I like that it's a mix of cardio, weights, floor exercises and rowing. I've only had D'artagnan so far and he's great!

What do you like about our workout?

I already feel a difference in my body. It’s modifiable so I can participate at my own pace through the entire hour. But I’m still encouraged to push myself in intervals, so I can see the end in sight. The staff is friendly and learned my name quickly. Every other gym I’ve ever been to, I’ve felt like a faceless person in a crowd. Here, I feel seen and inspired.
