The workout is as individual as you can get yet in a group motivated setting. Our Coaches are effective, motivating, present, proficient kind professionals. The facility is clean, well planned and simple.
I have worked out for many years throughout many philisophical approaches - from LP's in my bedroom to Nautilus to splashercize to step arobics to weight lifting to yoga to Pilates to this. I have never found anything so integrated and simple and effective and efficient.
It is a no-brainer with pure mind over matter exercise.

The community and trainers are so supportive and warm. I like that OT is open to everyone, -all different body types and abilities. OT trains you to be an athlete not to be "skinny", which is what I like the best. I also like that the trainers knows your name and encourages you to work to your best rather than compare you to others in the class.

The intensity, variety, how I feel afterwards, how quickly I get in shape, how educated the coaches are regarding health and fitness. The front desk staff are lovely and the people who attend are motivated and fun to work out with. I've made very nice friends.
