The music is too loud and it’s hard for me to understand what the coach is saying, but I imagine I’ll get used to it.
I like the fa t that the workout theme changes daily and having a coach to guide and motivate you throughout the various exercises. It makes the classes more enjoyable and much better than going to the traditional gyms where the exercise routine can be so mundane.
I like the group effort and the highly charged environment - it motivates me.
I have some health issues I need to resolve (Diabetes, HBP, high cholesterol) and I'm hoping that my diet plus OTF will get me there in the next 6-12 months!
It’s nice to see the staff address each person by their name. The workouts pushes you to work harder. They most definitely tell you how you should be lifting weights and exercise. I have more energy and feel more confident than when I started.
The coaches are so positive and enthusiastic and they keep me motivated. They also make sure that I’m doing the exercises correctly with good form. They encourage me to go to the next level. Everyone is always so nice from the minute I walk in the door I feel positive and I just love, the different workouts. I get an opportunity to do weightlifting, as well as to get my cardio in. The workouts are challenging and different so I’m not doing the same thing every time I work at my own level and see results. I love OT!!
I love how structured it is! Love all the coaches! I feel that the coaches push us but then I’m able to go at my own pace if needed. Music is great too 🩷!
