It helped me to recuperate the habit of working out. They structure the routines in a way that even tho you are using every day dumbbells, rower and the treadmill, they modify on speed, endurance, resistance and all the other ways so they put it really easy for you, you just have to follow. Their centers are absolutely clean and their staff is incredible nice, is a community and is really cool. The couches are amazing, they motivate and explain everything to you...even the studio have classes for lift some weight, not like the gym of course, but thanks to my time there now I'm ready to go back to the gym and design my workouts again. Thank u!
Flexible schedule and energy if trainers
It forces me to work hard and make the most of the workout. It has a lot of variety within each workout so I don’t get bored. The coaches are very motivating!
The coach is very energetic and motivates you. Enjoy the music and the people are very friendly. It is a very happy place to work out. Helped me modify floor exercises due to my inability to perform. Staff encourages you.
I love the OTF Gait staff and coaches and the workouts are always fun and different! I stay motivated to make it as often as I can.

The trainers are fantastic - my favorite in Annapolis are Kelly and Greta, the BEST! Their energy, enthusiasm, correct demonstration of the workouts.

Never dull. Fast paced and the coaches are dedicated to making sure you get the most of each workout.
I love the daily variety of workouts and that you can never get bored.
The one thing I don't understand is why you are not spacing people out on equipment when signing them in to class. I understand if it's a full class, you need to start filling in those gaps, but why pack people together for cardio workouts if we're still battling a major pandemic?
Please consider spacing people out when signing them in... that would be wonderful.
