Addicted to this workout!
I love the coaches. I have a few faves and the new ones have been great. I was sad Shawn left when COVID hit because after a long day of work I was so pumped for his night class. Somehow Jenny and Mel now have me looking forward to early mornings! The music makes the whole workout. Appreciate the effort they put in playlists too.
Lots of variety!
The variety of exercises, coaching staff making sure you are using the correct form and to give you modifications, if needed. The structure of class, being uncoordinated in other group workouts, I stuck out like a sore thumb. With OTF your workouts are what you make of them. I also like that I don’t have to plan my workout! What I love most are the people! Workout friends, front desk staff, coaches, everyone is always friendly and willing to help. I also feel very comfortable with how clean the gym is!! I never have to worry about someone else’s germs on the weights, treads, and rowers!

It’s fast, clean, structured but with variety so never gets boring.
It’s always a challenging and very well balanced workout. I also feel like l the studio is taking every precaution possible to keep us safe during the pandemic which I greatly appreciate.

I love the positive environment- the coaches are always encouraging! It’s great to go for an hour and work your butt off with a group of like minded individuals. I really don’t know anyone else who goes, so I hope once COVID is over you get the members to be able to mingle and talk to each other!
It gets results for me.
I love the high intensity workouts at OT and that no two are the same. The instructors are very knowledgeable and know just what to say to push you a little bit more when you think you can’t. Oh, And the music is great!
Being told what to do. I'm too old, too lazy and too easily distracted to do this by myself. Plus its a good all round work out :)

The coaching and the variation each time.
It’s such an encouraging environment and the workouts are intense but so so good! Love it!
They are pushing you to work harder, but you are also able to do your own pace. You definitely are sweating about 10 minutes into the work out.
Orange theory motivates me to commit to a one hour work out which I would never do on my own. My husband and I do it together and I think we the oldest in most of the classes. We love the coaches and the personal attention they give us.
We also like the on line app for signing up for classes.
