A great fitness class always starts with a great instructor. Being a personal trainer myself and former athlete, in order for your class to be up to par the exercises don't have to be on point but the instructor as well. Jamel not only showed me how to do the exercises properly, but was very energetic in doing so. 10/10 class and elite training.

Instructors are very motivating and good at explaining each exercise. Music is great. The hour goes by very quickly bc of the variety.
It was my first experience with Orange Theory....and it was fantastic! Great combo of cardio and bodyweight/core exercises. The hour flew by! Great addition to my other workout routines.
