What do you like about our workout?

A great fitness class always starts with a great instructor. Being a personal trainer myself and former athlete, in order for your class to be up to par the exercises don't have to be on point but the instructor as well. Jamel not only showed me how to do the exercises properly, but was very energetic in doing so. 10/10 class and elite training.

I like the variety and the direction by the coaches. I like that there is no down time and the class goes very quickly.

I love the variety ... in over 18 months of doing OTF, I've never done the same workout twice. Love the music and enthusiasm of Joe, Lucinda, JT, etc...

It was my first experience with Orange Theory....and it was fantastic! Great combo of cardio and bodyweight/core exercises. The hour flew by! Great addition to my other workout routines.
