What do you like about our workout?

I don’t have to think about what I have to do, the coaches take care of the whole workout and correct my form if need be. The coaches are awesome, they all bring something different to the table and motivate me to do better and try harder. I always feel 100% better after a workout, Orange Theory has been integral part of my wellbeing and overall happiness! Thank you

I like the fact that you move to different pieces of equipment. It is also great that you are in control of your intensity lever.

What do you like about our workout?

Always a different workout. It’s never boring.
Friendly coaches.
Working as a team. All there for the same goals and working together even when you don’t know the people who you are working with.
The OTH monitor Challenges myself to improve during my workout.
Love the summary being emailed to me at the end of the workout so I can see how I did and If I’m improving.
Overall, I’m hooked!

The workouts are based on science, I do not have to think about it and the trainers have a great level of enthusiasm and knowledge. They are there to help you do your best. Love the high intensity workouts where each person is doing the best that they can in line with their abilities.

It's like getting a personal trainer without paying the insane prices. Even with a group setting there is always one-on-one instruction if you need it. Varied workouts so it's not boring.

I don’t have to think. I show up and follow instruction and get the best 60 min workout! Works my whole body, strength and cardio. I always leave feeling tired and accomplished.
