The workouts are based on science, I do not have to think about it and the trainers have a great level of enthusiasm and knowledge. They are there to help you do your best. Love the high intensity workouts where each person is doing the best that they can in line with their abilities.

Its easy to follow with the coaches, I like that you have to book a session so you have to go and can't bail because you don't feel like attending.

It's like getting a personal trainer without paying the insane prices. Even with a group setting there is always one-on-one instruction if you need it. Varied workouts so it's not boring.
