It’s a full body workout and different every day. The instructors are motivating and upbeat.
Over the decades we, people, person body changes due to family genes and eating food we all use to love when we were younger and now may not be able to consume the same amount today. Sad! Anyways, been decades since I have been in a gym and thought; "Here is my chance." O.k. the coach's, off and on songs over the p.a. The look on fellow members faces...the sweat.

Great staff and coaches make for a welcoming environment. The workouts are challenging but fun. I would recommend trying out Orange Theory to anyone who wants to step up their current fitness routine to the next level!

I love the way I feel after the workout! It pushes me every time and I like that it changes up and works on different body parts each workout.
I love that the pace and intensity is high but knowing your HR at all time’s allows you to back off when necessary.
It pushes you to do things you would give up on in a alone work work. That is why I go to try and improve and the support you get to push threw.

How organized it is, the different things you do, mixing it up on treadmill so it doesn’t get boring
I love how it is coach based as I wouldn't know what to do at a gym by myself. I love the different programs on the treadmill. The coaches are wonderful caring people as are the clients that workout there. Everyone is so encouraging.

The mix between cardio and resistance training that is high intensity.
They are tough, continually changing, loud music and great coaching.
That all I have to do is show up. OTF takes care of the work out and the motivation. Also, I love being able track my improvements. After three months I feel like I’ve improved in so many areas that I probably wouldn’t have noticed if I was just going to the gym. My peak heart rate has come down, my recovery time is faster, I’m able to push myself harder and burn more calories, I’m lifting more, and I’m running faster.

The coaches are amazing, they push you to be your best. The loud beats are just what I need and love when the going gets tough on the treads!! Overall, it’s an amazing atmosphere where you can be with your friends and have a great workout!

The workouts give me more than just working out at a regular gym. I have gained endurance levels, strength & a mindset I couldn't get alone. Best gym ever!
Scheduled classes keeps me committed. As a senior the classes encourage me to do exercises I would never do on my own.
Always changing, focus on cardio and weights, one hour in and out calorie burn, gets it done and is fun.
