Monitor/educateur très prèsent et attentif. Cours très variés et créatifs qui font travailler tout le corps. Il me semble qu’il a toujours des exercices différents pour nous motiver.

The fact that you don't have to think about what to do - it is all planned out for you!! I love that! I feel like I get a full body workout every time, and no two workouts are the same. And the coaches are all amazing. This is the first time in my life (and I am 53!!), that I have EVER stuck with a fitness program and actually LOVE IT!!!

What do you like about our workout?

That it is only an hour long, but it is killer! It’s easy to fit a workout into my schedule since I know it will only be one hour long, but I work much harder than I do going to the gym by myself.

What do you like about our workout?

One year ago today I made the decision to join Orangetheory. Walking through those doors was the best decision I ever made for myself. Words can’t describe how much I’ve enjoyed the past year at OTF. In the past, I’ve struggled with sticking to certain gyms because of feeling bored and not challenged enough. I was reluctant when starting at OTF for this reason. That said, the workouts and the team there have washed away any doubt, Orangetheory is the best and most motivating gym I have been a part of! Whether it’s the coaches pushing me harder and keeping me motivated, the theme days, partner workouts, challenges & benchmarks, or the strong sense of community amongst coaches, staff and our fit fam, I love every last bit of it. Since joining a year ago, I am down 25 lbs and continue to look forward to each and every class to help me reach my goals. I know I’m much stronger since starting, and have improved my endurance tremendously. I’ve set and beat many personal goals, which only pushes me to continue to challenge myself every class. I always walk out of class completely drained, but feeling so accomplished, and driven to work that much harder the next time. I can’t thank the team here enough for the amazing support they’ve given me and look forward to many more great OTF workouts!

What do you like about our workout?

I love the support that I get from the coaches and the staff. I love that the workouts are always different so I never get bored. I always feel challenged to reach for more. I also love the other members because you feel like part of a team in the workouts, cheering each other on.

I enjoyed the program. Annie the instructor is very competent and motivating and helps you correct your posture during the workouts. I highly recommend the program whether it is to lose weight or increase your cardio.
