I love that it’s varied, coached with enthusiasm and with room for adjustments as needed. I have an injured shoulder and always get the advice I need and gain the workout I’m looking for!

I like that I don’t have to think, I just show up and do the day’s workout, an hour goes very fast as you are busy the entire time. I always leave very sweaty.

I love EVERYTHING about OTF. I have struggled for years to find something that works for me and I've finally found it with OTF. The atmosphere is inviting and motivating and I always feel so accomplished after each workout. The coaches and front staff are super friendly and encouraging.
I love that you go their as a group but its your individual workout.
OTF is viewed as being over priced but I beg to differ. If you break it down per class, you're paying half of what you would at a big name gym for group training and you're getting a WAY better workout. OTF is worth every penny if its something that works for you.

When I had issues with feeling dizzy associates were there to help me . I like the attention to detail and how personable and conscientious the trainers are. I like the structure and encouragement to push me further . I’m excited for the next workouts and monitoring my progress.

What do you like about our workout?

The classes are never the same. That keeps it interesting, the classes are coached by trainers that know what they are doing, which keeps you motivated and helps you from doing exercises wrong if you were doing this on your own. Over all best classes I’ve ever done.

That it’s a full body workout and the coaches are always there to make sure you are doing everything correctly. The staff are extremely friendly and always greet you with a smile.

I love the variety and intensity of the workouts. No two workouts are ever the same - and the intervals are brilliantly designed to keep you at maximum intensity, just when you figure you can't do any more splats...the awesome coaches provide encouragement.

To quote and paraphrase Kipling...(was he an OT coach?)

"If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,

And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: ‘Hold on!’
