I am typically not a gym-goer. I always walked into a gym and felt very lost and overwhelmed. With OT, there are preset workouts so I don't have to plan my own. I love that you have to book the workout as an appointment; this keeps me accountable to show up. Seeing the stats on the screen is very motivating. Now understanding why it's so important to keep your heart rate up (being in the orange zone), changed my perspective as well. I push a bit harder to stay in that zone to achieve more post-workout burn. The separate stations (rower, treadmill, and floor workout) are so efficiently set up. You leave the space feeling like your body has had a well-rounded workout.

I like the variety and the coaching assistance (when we don’t have restrictions). I would still recommend as when things so back to normal it will be so good to have the coach’s back in the gym!
Staff are very pleasant and having the monitor on helps me to stay in the zone to maximize my calories burned.

I workout as hard and intensely as i can for a full hour - i would never do that on my own! OTF makes me feel like i’m getting the most out of my precious time
I love the coaches! They are super motivating and they are a big reason why I love going to orange theory. The workouts are really good, I love that they target multiple muscle groups. The workouts are always challenging and I am pushed to do my best. Can’t wait until the study can reopen again!!
I like that it's always fun and always challenging, and I don't have to try to plan it out myself. I just show up and the planning is done for me.
Great staff and the quick, high intensity nature of the workout is an efficient way of either getting back into shape or staying in shape.
