What do you like about our workout?

I like the combination of cardio and strength; I like the variety - not 2 classes have been the same; I like the coaches and how they challenge your to set your best and beat your best; I like the top of the line equipment; I like how friendly the staff are. The workouts are killer, but they are working!

It pushes the body to its limit. The instructor is motivating and knows how to encourage you to go hard.. Something you can’t get working out alone or only with a personal trainer.

It is easier that what I try at home Afton getting discouraged because I set my standards way too high in the beginning, whenever I’m getting back on the work out Health train. I enjoyed the music and I enjoyed the positive motivation everyone was very friendly and upbeat and I quite appreciated that as well.

C’est en groupe. Ça nous donne de la motivation. Aussi le fait qu’on fait différents work lit chaque jour de l’année. Ça prend une heure et on a un entraînement complets.

I like that it’s only an hour! Also, I like that it’s based in science. I loved getting my emailed workout results.

I also really liked Coach Dans supportive advice and encouragement. It felt like a coach who believed in me, rather than a drill Sargent.

Get in get out. Push solid for 55 minutes and you’re done. Mix of programs. Trainers keep you motivated. Any level of fitness ability can do this.
