It is easier that what I try at home Afton getting discouraged because I set my standards way too high in the beginning, whenever I’m getting back on the work out Health train. I enjoyed the music and I enjoyed the positive motivation everyone was very friendly and upbeat and I quite appreciated that as well.

Great overall work out with a motivating coach
The workouts are intense. The trainers are great. They keep you motivated
Proximity to my home. Staff/instructors are great
C’est en groupe. Ça nous donne de la motivation. Aussi le fait qu’on fait différents work lit chaque jour de l’année. Ça prend une heure et on a un entraînement complets.
The program is ready when I get there, the coaches make sure I’m doing the exercises correctly, I’m surrounded by others who are there just trying to live their best life!
I like that it’s only an hour! Also, I like that it’s based in science. I loved getting my emailed workout results.
I also really liked Coach Dans supportive advice and encouragement. It felt like a coach who believed in me, rather than a drill Sargent.

Get in get out. Push solid for 55 minutes and you’re done. Mix of programs. Trainers keep you motivated. Any level of fitness ability can do this.
It’s structured and has a coach telling us what to do. It’s also different every time.

Variété, efficaces, dynamiques
Hi ! I have been to Kingston's OTF a handful of times, when I have been back home these past two summers visiting family. Its a great, friendly atmosphere and the coaches have been great: knowledgeable, motivating, positive and energetic! Thank you! See you next summer!
