I love the push challenges during my workouts at Orangetheory. Having a supportive coach and environment is super motivating and encouraging during this fitness journey. It’s great to know that heading into a class, I can look forward to challenging myself and creating new personal bests!

I always enjoy the workouts I have every week. I love to be challenged or pushed to do different things. Coaches are great at the Namao location..Shannon and Sean and Christy are the ones I usually get and they do a fantastic job each time!

I love the routine - I like to start with running and then move to weights. It’s just a perfect flow and I’m not wrecked at the end of the workout but I know I’m perfectly tired.

What do you like about our workout?

I enjoy the atmosphere, the smaller group sizes, the trainer lead workout, the high cardio and exercise on the floor. The music and the dj style training are also very motivating for me.

Like the format and way it's set up. Doesnt feel like an hours workout but definitely feel the effects after for sure. Trainers are all very keen to detail on all the people in the room and cover the routines with ease even for a newbie like myself.

What do you like about our workout?

Working different areas (power, endurance or strength). The intervals in the treadmill kept it interesting. I discovered the rower which I never would have tried at a gym.
