I love the routine - I like to start with running and then move to weights. It’s just a perfect flow and I’m not wrecked at the end of the workout but I know I’m perfectly tired.

I enjoy the atmosphere, the smaller group sizes, the trainer lead workout, the high cardio and exercise on the floor. The music and the dj style training are also very motivating for me.

It's a good hard workout and I don't have to figure out what to do. There is a plan/structure.

Like the format and way it's set up. Doesnt feel like an hours workout but definitely feel the effects after for sure. Trainers are all very keen to detail on all the people in the room and cover the routines with ease even for a newbie like myself.
Working different areas (power, endurance or strength). The intervals in the treadmill kept it interesting. I discovered the rower which I never would have tried at a gym.
It’s high intensity but suited for everyone at any level!
The variety, you just never know what you are going to get but I always get a great workout.
