I like how I can be in a group but still going at my own pace
This is the best workout I’ve ever done. Choosing Orangetheory was the best decision I’ve ever made. I am very thankful to my friends who promoted otf which lead to me starting my journey. My cardio has never been this good.
My first time experience trying out Orangetheory was excellent. The coach seemed highly experienced and really helped motivated us pushing us to go further and to burn those extra calories. I’m looking forward to coming back again after all my joints recover.

I had lower back surgery 6 months ago so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to do the workout. Or that I would injure myself. However staff helped me to modify a few exercises and it turned out that I could do the workout. Which was exciting for me because lately I feel like the list of things I can't do is a lot longer than the list of things I can do. And I found I actually enjoyed it! It was an empowering experience.
I like that I don't have to plan my workout. Everything is planned for you and so it takes that responsibility off my plate.
Wearing a heart rate monitor seems like a safer way to exercise. Things I worry about as I get older.
I like that the workout changes. I have a nasty habit of always doing the same exercises.
The music is fun.

Intensity
From the moment I walked in (630am on a Sunday!), Lorraine was very welcoming. I love how I was taken around the gym by the coach, David, alone and he explained to me what the workout was about, what to expect, shown how to use the machines....
The class was so motivating. The music was amazing. The coach, David, was great at checking in with me throughout the workout. I love how you info is displayed right on the screen in front of you. I love how you can keep track of your stats via the app and email.
I’m not going to lie, the price of the member ship is what kept me away so long. I knew I would love it and I would be aching to join, but couldn’t afford it. With a new job offer and more hours, the first decision I made was to invest in myself at OrangeTheory. I can’t wait to go back.
It's fun! The coaches are nice people and knowledgeable. I'm not getting bored which is what would normally happen.
I like the guidance, as I never know what to do at the gym or if I'm doing it properly. I like that it is never boring and coaches are energetic. I did not give a 10 because the feedback from the mic this month has been driving my ears crazy.

It’s all planned out for me
OTF is great! After the cardio session I sometimes find it odd that there is no mandatory minute or two break to bring down heart rates. I understand the intent to keep them high but sometimes I wonder how safe it is. I imagine it can be a challenge to move from cardio to weights in the roughly one or two minutes that you are informally given. It would be interesting to see OTF have the coach give break time to ensure everyone's heart rate is at a level to be able to transfer safely to the weights area. Time it on the stopwatch. Thanks!

I love it, what a like it is just 60 min and at the end of my training I feel like I've been working out for hours. Love the different game plans every class and to monitor our performance as we keep training.
I don’t need to plan it, I just need to run around and do what I’m told. It makes my life easier since I don’t know what to do at a gym and I like to work our multiple parts of my body at once
Varied programming . A good way to raise your heart rate and see how hard you can push.
