It’s very organized & effective. Coaches are nice & the studio is clean.
I love the speed of it, someone tells me what to do, that there are financial consequences to not making a class and I like competing with myself for splat points. I don’t think there is enough warmup / cool down time as I’ve pulled a muscle( may have been too much weight).
Every work out is a challenge no matter your fitness level. Team is exceptional, supportive and encouraging.

J'apprécie aussi que les entraîneurs respectent les capacités de chacun tout en nous motivant à nous dépasser.

The coaches and staff are very supportive and friendly to everyone. They all greet you when you arrive by name and welcome you. Even though it is a group workout you feel as though you have a personal trainer. It is the best club I have ever been to.
