It’s a different workout each time!
If I went to the gym on my own, I would do the same routines and at OTF I get a wide range of exercises. I especially like the variety of floor exercises as it helps me target different muscle groups.
I don’t think there’s anything I don’t like, I really did not ever like exercising but this has changed me, when I don’t go at least my 4 days a week I feel I’ve missed out, I love that I can go there and not have to think of what I have to do next I just do what the couch tells me and I get a fabulous workout

The staff are super friendly, they welcome you with a smile, and make sure to say bye when you leave. The workouts are challenging but rewarding. The coacing staff are all equally encouraging, which helps you push through.
What I have appreciated the most, the members are also friendly, before and after classes we are all talking about the past classes or what is to come.
I have told many people how great this workout is, I would advise anyone to join.

Great workouts. Really like the stats and stuff from the monitor. But pricey and the cultiness is not needed for me but really enjoying the workouts so I’m all about it
