It’s constantly changing so never the same workout twice. Challenging but at your own pace. I like the full body workout and mix of strength and cardio. It goes by quickly due to a variety within each workout. I have literally been a member of dozens of health clubs over the past 30 years and this one is the best by far.

I’m accountable because if I register for a class, I have to go! Once there, I don’t have to think about what to do, as the workout is already set and the coaches lead me through it. The workout is always varied - never the same - so the body doesn’t get used to the same thing over and over again. I push myself in a class where I might not if I was at a regular gym doing my own thing. I like that it can be as hard or as easy as I want, so if my body needs a rest I can take it. I will never get bored in a class. I absolutely love orangetheory!
Les entraînements sont super dans un environnement motivant et avec des entraîneurs compétents et plein d'énergie. Chaque entraînement est différent donc ça reste toujours "challenging" . Je recommende Orange Theory

I love that it is such a perfect mix of strength and endurance.. the classes are always so fun and upbeat.. and I’m a bit competitive lol.. so the competitions are awesome! My favs are the Dri tri.. and marathon month 👍
Everything! It’s close and efficient, I like the variety and motivation. The music, the energy from the trainers and members. My only regret is not joining sooner!
The people are friendly and encouraging, also, they are willing to help out so you are properly maximizing your effort.
I like the fact that the workout is done within an hour. The exercises are instructor led, so I don't have to waste my exercise time thinking about what is next.
The exercise zone is always vibrant and nice, It takes me to "All-out" exercise energy. I love it!!!
