I absolutely love the workouts at Orange Theory. That one hour that you are there is truly the best workout your body can get. You get to know what you can do and push yourself further. A huge "thank you" to all the fantastic coaches at Royal Oak location! Their attention to detail and constant encouragement make an incredible difference to the quality of the workout. We are a skiing family and this winter thanks to Orange Theory my knees never complained! Again a huge "thank you" for being there for us!

The staff is fantastic. They care about the people they serve and make sure their time at OT is fun and challenging. The program itself is varied and ensures a thorough workout. Great place, great program, great people!

What do you like about our workout?

It's the only gym that keeps me engaged during my workouts! I used to play sports so the competitive nature still lies within, which is why I like seeing my heart rate and calories burned on the screen! It reminds me that I have to work hard to burn those calories, no pain - no gain! The staff and owners are really friendly and they genuinely care about you and your fitness goals!

It combines cardio, core and strength (weights) so I can get all of the essentials in one class.

What do you like about our workout?

Most difficult part of workout is getting there on time. I like the idea that I don't have to plan my what I will do and know I will get a good 50+ minute workout.
Suggestion: The YMCA has pictures of what muscles are to be affected when doing a specific exercise. This helps as you can quickly determine if you are doing the exercise properly. Small pictures in the top right hand corner of the screen that shows muscles being worked would help. Or instructors could tell us what muscles should be feeling the "pain" would also help (although I realize the instructors have a lot to squeeze in during their floor exercise demo's). Keep up the good work. Thanks

What do you like about our workout?

The workouts make you push yourself. You are always in a mode of improving from your last workout-either reps or speed or finishing all the sets within the allotted time. I like that every day you come into a different workout. Finally, I like that the staff knows your name. This may seem mundane but how many gyms do you know that do that?

What do you like about our workout?

I love working out at Orange Theory Fitness . I don't have to think about or plan a workout I just show up and go!!! The workouts are challenging and fun no matter what fitness level you at. The staff and members are all friendly and supportive!! Come out and give it a try you won't know what your missing unless you do 😃.

What do you like about our workout?

Orange Theory has created an incredible transformation in my life, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. When I turned 50 last year, I realized I had gained 25 lbs and gotten very soft, even with occasional jogging. Not only have I lost 15 lbs in 3 months and gone down 2 sizes, I feel so much stronger, and am incredibly more energetic in my personal and professional life. Others have commented on this and my toned appearance, and I have noticed when it initially felt impossible to jog 4.5 mph as my base pace, I have dramatically increased my speed. Even my personal best for an "all out" has moved from 6 to 8 mph. Thank you to all the coaches and to Orange Theory!
