It is a good mix of cardio and strength training. I especially like the heart rate information and the intensity zone differentiation. It gives me a really good feedback and makes me work harder.
It challenges me every time, and I feel the coaches are there to help you meet your goals!

Yes I do like that it keeps you motivated and an intensity that is high but not to high.
Workout is quick, environment is great. There's no need for me to think about what to work on, OTF does it for you. I like the variety of excercises. Coaches are great, very enthusiastic and supportive.

I like that we have a group trainer showing us the proper technique. As well, I like that we are pushed to succeed. I am not sure at all that I would get near the same results if I wasn't pushed. I like that every workout is unique. It never gets boring.

I enjoy not having to think about what I am doing! I would like more motivation from some of the instructors to keep myself pushing hard through entire hour. One thing I have noticed is the sound of music isn't great when turned up loud. The gym is awesome, love working out here!
