I love that the workout is so high energy. With the focus being on your heart rate the workout is challenging every time. I love that no two workouts in a week are the same. The trainers at OTF Sage Creek are all friendly, helpful and very motivating.

I enjoy the variety of the workout. You get a full body workout which feels awesome!
I like that it monitors your progress and it gives you the opportunity to review your workout results. Best workout! Money well spent!

I thought that the personal trainer Kim Last name removed did a fantastic job. Loads of energy and enthusiasm, strong sense of motivation while providing some good insights and improved understanding of how the body works.

I like be that this class executes an intense style of HIIT training for any fitness level. My friend and I had a blast working out together

Just love the workouts and the trainers are amazing.
The only concern I have is the back to back classes, just do t know how this will work.

Variety and intensity of exercises. When the coaches are constantly encouraging and talking and motivating, that helps the hour fly by.
