That I can see results and push myself.
The trainers are epic at what they do to help me achieve my fitness goals which I have now regained back from years of bodybuilding as well no longer need to be in the gym for 3 hrs or split training like I once did. They all have their own style and are all equally qualified exceptionally at what they do. OTF and the members are all helping each other to achieve their goals and we all inspire and motivate each other's fitness goals , I like the fact that I compete against myself each class i take wirh the assistance of the coaches and with the heart -rate monitors to help me to keep pushing and all-outs for this awesome HIIT routine like no other gym like no other I've been to in 20 years.

Easy to follow, really great workout
the variety, the coaches, how I can see my progress during the workout as well as the email results..
I like that there is a coach there to help you out. And I love that you can burn calories for a lot longer than the workout.
The constant variety so that it's a total body workout and never boring. The energy of the trainers and others in the class keep it fun and the time flies by.
Easy to follow - felt like I was working hard - leader kept it motivating and fun
You don't have to think about it. The personal training aspect of it makes it so much easier to workout.
I like that the workout is there for you and it's a hard one. What I don't like is arriving early to get a treadmill and people arrive late just cut in line and take your spot. There needs to be a better system. It's something many people are annoyed about.

Variety and ability to scale to your own ability
The relatively small classes as well as the constant interaction with the class leader. As a first time participant, and one who's been absent from formal workouts for awhile, it was great to have someone offer tips and encouragement as the class went on. I look forward to this supportive push towards my goals.
The pace. The ability to self monitor.
I like the fact that every workout is different and really f$&@ing hard. I sweat and grit my teeth and I feel like a warrior.

I like that it's fast paced and I really feel spent at the end...so you know it's doing something. I also like that I can make it as easy or hard as I like depending on how hard I'm prepared to push.
If there's one thing I'd suggest, I'd like to see s bit more focus on upper body and abdominal exercises. We do a LOT of legs and a decent amount of core/back. I think it could be relatively easy to combine some upper body work with the squats, lunges, jumps, etc.
