Wonderful Staff and Coaches!!! They do a great job of monitoring everyone's form to ensure safety and effective workout techniques.
Although the class is only one hour....it’s effective! When class is over I feel like I just finished a 2-3 hour workout. The coaches are exciting and the music is on point.

Constant variability
I love my workouts at Orange Theory. In one hour I get a great cardio and strength workout. I also love the coaches. They are friendly and helpful. They care about helping you reach your fitness goals. They push just the right amount that it feels motivating!
It’s the best out there! Nothing can compare. I look forward to going and giving my all at every work out. The coaches are amazing and always there to push me keep me on track. They answer questions and coach me on body positioning to make sure I get the best results by doing the exercises correctly! I don’t know what I would do without orange theory!

The workouts are different everyday. That variety keeps it from being mundane. It has been fun meeting folks through Orange Theory. Seeing the same people at my workouts is an added bonus.

Every single workout is different and if you're ever lacking motivation, the coaches and staff are there to boost your energy levels. I've never been bored, never experienced monotonous exercises, and never been discouraged from pushing myself. It's a place where everyone is welcomed and no one is shamed for going at their own pace. The biggest change I've seen, besides an increase in both endurance and speed, has been in my confidence. Through Orangetheory, I found that I am faster, stronger, and better each day. It's been one of the most positive changes in my life and one of the best (and easiest) decisions I've made in regards to my health.
Full body workout almost every class, goes by quickly, burns a lot of calories, always something different, I've learned a lot, I can see myself progressing, friendly staff.
Great atmosphere and the coaches inspire me, push me, and encourage me each time I step in the studio. I never cheat a workout when I come to OTF.
