Never the same workout and great coaches!
Challenging but not so challenging that you can not succeed. I competed in the Half Marathon challenge and won the gold for my (old) age group - not bad! I have also met new friends and reconnected with childhood friend/college roommate! Thank you OT!

I like the HIIT structure and target heart rate goals. It would be nice to have more pilates type workouts for variety.

I love OT! Its like a game, where I can get competitive with myself. Having the details and data of every work out allows me to track my progress and motivates me to make incremental changes each workout. I would like the music to be slightly quieter, I worry about hearing loss because it is so loud.

Trainers are great, music gets you moving, upbeat can do it attitude! Do not feel too out of place as a senior citizen. Very friendly atmosphere. Trainers always offer options for bad knees!
The workouts are well designed. I like how it mixes different styles of exercise to have almost a full body workout.
An aspects that make if more personal are the coaching. I find this very motivating and I am sure others do too. But some coaches do more than others. It is hard with so many people, but some manage to keep track of my routines and speeds, keep me true to my speeds or weights. If I am doing a certain exercise they will stop by and adjust me to make sure my form is correct. I think those little gestures make a big difference.
I feel motivated all the way through each workout and by the end I feel great!
It’s different from any other workout! You can work at a pace that works for you but still be in an instructor led class. The heart rate monitor pushes you to challenge yourself. At the end of the hour, you know you’ve gotten a great workout in!

The workouts at OTF are created with maximum effort calculated into the equation., with appropriate modifications when needed. The coaches are upbeat, sharing positive critical feedback on a regular basis. I am proud to be a member of The OTF Family!
