After our first workout we are absolutely hooked. The staff were incredibly welcoming and coach Brennan rocked! He was very helpful as my wife has an older Achilles injury.
Overall, we can’t wait to come back. We ended up signing up after our first workout and starting back first thing Monday morning. We’ve been telling all of our friends to check it out.
I love coach Kelly, Adi, and Tyson! They are so motivating and always have great music to keep you going!

It is never the same work out keeps me coming back
It’s challenging yet doable for any fitness level. The coaching staff are top notch. I drive 45 minutes each way 4-5 days a week to come here because I believe in the program and see the results myself. It’s life changing. Seeing the progression of people who couldn’t run become runners. Watching people who couldn’t row without stopping power through and become better. I see it every day because I used to be that person.
