It’s high energy, none stop! The hour workout is over before you know it!
I like how there is variety and that the time goes by really fast. I also feel the staff is super friendly. They knew everyone's name within a week. The one thing that I would highly suggest is to make playlists that have current music and music that pumps you up. The rock playlist is not motivating. I also think the music could be louder. The coaches are great and Adam ROCKS!!

I also have to say ALL of the staff are incredibly helpful and kind! I was late to class and lost my spot since it was waitlisted. Although it was totally not their fault, the gentleman felt so bad that he had a goody bag waiting for the next day. That is amazing service and makes me excited to go back to the Cary- MacGregor location!! Thank you for being awesome!
Your staff is so friendly and helpful! The workouts are so very hard...but that’s good! I leave feeling like I actually spent the hour well and will see results faster than with other programs.

I was hesitant at first but everyone has been very supportive and oh so nice. Derrick is wonderful coach and is encouraging. After just 2 weeks, I am feeling more confident and getting stronger.

Pushes you to challenge yourself
I love Kelly! She makes the workouts so much fun with laughter and energy.
I only gave it a 9 b/c of the 5 min. corporate late policy. Occasionally things happen and it is unfair with how expensive it is to lose a class. I understand you don't want us to get hurt and you don't want to be liable, but I know how to warm up and besides that, not all the classes have an official "warm up" in the first few mins of the class anyway.
