The high energy from the coaches
I just have to show up and try my best. It's never boring and I see incremental improvements in what I can accomplish each week. That's all I need to keep coming back for more. I've been coming for 2 years and have never been this strong before!
I love feeling like I had a great workout when I'm done. I love Lisa's classes because she is moving around the class quickly and provides constant motivation.

The variety and positive attitudes
I think it is great! I need help with form when using weights and certain things on the floor side. I like that someone is there to guide me through it when needed. Also very good workouts!

I enjoy that the workouts are different everyday and that they are a surprise. I can't anticipate the workout and bargain myself out of certain exercises. If an exercise is beyond my level of fitness or limitation, the instructors always provide helpful and challenging alternatives.
I love how each workout is designed and organized, how they challenge each muscle group and our cardio fitness, and that our coaches are knowledgeable, helpful, motivating and care about each individual in the class.
The intensity and diversity of it.
I love never having to think about what type of workout to do. When I arrive at OTF, my daily workout is already planned - I do what the coach tells me to do. The workouts are tough, they push you and sometimes not so fun. But you would never do these types of workouts on your own. You always feel accomplished when you leave OTF! OTF holds you accountable by making you pre-register for your classes. You have to cancel within 8 hours or you are charged a fee. There are days that I don't feel like working out (we all have days like this) but I just go and give it my all because I do not want to pay a fee. But this is also tough as there are days when you need to work late, you get sick or have an emergency. Sometimes things are out of your control. This fee is tough because you want to work out but can't and are stuck with a fee. I suggest to OTF to give each member a "pass" once a month. If something pops up, you can cancel and not have to pay a fee.
The workouts I like best are the 3G because you get to switch frequently from treadmill to floor to rower. I like the intensity and variety.
The instructors are excellent.
