Orange Theory has the best of both worlds. From cardio to weighted exercises, it gives you phenomenal full body workout. I have only done 2 weeks of classes and can already see the change, both physically and mentally. I have built endurance, am able to push myself, and leave the class extremely satisfied. This is a result of what I’ve put in, but in all honesty, the coaches and environment are huge factors in my growth too. They are encouraging and offer alternatives if you are unable to do an exercise. The
staff is friendly and welcoming, which sets the tone for your workout. I love it!

The instructors are amazing I honestly love the energy of the whole place. Everyone is extremely nice and kind. The instructors are super flexible when you cannot do a particular exercise. In my case I cannot row so they are always providing me with alternatives and are always cool and understanding.
