Very good studio and coaching
I like that the trainer is aware of everyone’s form and tells you how to fit it. They push you to go beyond what you think you’re capable of.

Gets me running-which I hate-by varying between base, push and all out. Always changing workouts are good too. Nice equipment/atmosphere (clean) and like the energy of working out in a group. Thx!

Love the variety of the workouts for muscle confusion; I feel like they really challenge me.
However, it was brought to my attention that a long time member was not offered any "special packages" (she did the 8 class pack; January was a 5 week month and she just wanted to purchase something so she could continue to work out at the end of the month) as special packages are solely for new members. How disappointing it is to know that loyalty is not rewarded. She is no longer an OTF Member and has joined another workout studio similar in style to OTF. As a long time member, I feel that some changes need to be made in that regard or more members will be leaving as well.
I like the floor exercises
I like the energy of the class - from the Coach to the music to the other people around me pushing themselves. I also like that I can see where I'm at as far as my heart rate, calories, etc. in comparison to the rest of the class. That coupled with the things mentioned above really motivate me to push harder and get out of my comfort zone and into a better workout.
Really good coaching- excellent motivation and gave good specific technical tips on floor and rower. Great class and coach!
Love this place! But I would recommend not getting rid of great instructors just because the gym is going in a different direction! Ask the members first! Several were surprised she was gone! Recently one of the best coaches was let go!
It’s “directed” to keep me going for the whole hour. On my own a rest too easily turns into a complete cool down and then I don’t get going again...
Intensity and they make it something you want to do rather than something that you have to do.
The employees are always nice and welcome you in and as you leave. They sincerely remember faces and names and try to solve any issues right away.

It’s challenging and pushes me to work harder at my cardio, strength and endurance. I only wish my schedule would allow me to get in more.
