There is always a great level of excitement and fun by all the OTF coaches and staff members! The switching from different stages and exercises keeps the pace going and your heart rate moving. The coaches are all supportive and very knowledgeable. Even though the classes are pretty full sometimes, the coaches make sure to watch out for everyone and make sure they understand what they are doing and are doing them correctly. The workouts are very intense but, there is always time to cool down and catch your breath. Everyday there are new exercises and challenges to look forward to. With all the different days and times available, you can chose the best times for you and can make up a class if you miss one. Overall, I believe OTF has the best cardio workouts available today especially, if you like to workout with all types and ages of people with a wide range of goals. I'm truly glad I became a client for over a year and a half now.

Very efficient. Great trainers. Like the constant improvement in processes (keeping the row/tread number cards behind the desk is a great improvement). The place is always very clean.
Love everything about this workout! Before Orangetheory I was not able to find a routine that I enjoyed and that motivated me to come back!! This hour of high intensity is amazing. Although everyone is working the same routine the only person you are compared to is yourself. They push you in a supportive way that makes you challenge yourself. Can’t say enough good things about it!

Everything about OT is awesome. I love the different workouts. Never gets boring. Been a member for a year and a half and do not think I’ll ever stop!!! It’s pushed me to be better at lifting, running and rowing. My body has completely changed with OT. I love it!!

The coaches and members are very friendly. This is the best workout for me since it includes cardio, strength, variety and pushes me out of my comfort zone.
The workouts are different everyday. If you go consistently you will work every part of your body. The routines are well thought out. I like the coaching and encouragement. This is a great way to fit in a meaningful workout.
I love the heart monitor and the data received from each workout like the number of calories burned. It really puts the calories I eat into perspective. Example: Do I really want to eat those donut holes that are 900 calories because it will take me two workouts to burn them off?
